Let’s be realistic, though. A couple of hours plugged in to a hypnosis CD and a vist or two with the hypnotist won’t whisk away 20 pounds over night. Hypnosis for weight loss can’t force you to do anything you don’t want to, so you have to commit to losing weight. As with any other behavior change, if you want results you have to first really desire them. Hypnosis for weight loss isn’t a magic wand for weight loss, but it is a very effect tool if used wisely.
